Meade provided electrical work for the construction of two new additions to the existing high school. These additions included tie-ins to existing building structure and services.

SHS Additions
Against the backdrop of a global pandemic, Meade overcame many challenges and obstacles
to start in March 2021 and complete in August 2022, with certification as a LEED Platinum Project.
Phase 1 (5-Month Schedule)
- Completed a 7000 ft. single story Student Services addition.
Phase 2 (12-Month Schedule)
- An 85,000 ft. 3-story addition completed while the school was operational.
The addition included community gathering spaces, an open-turf field, a state-of-the-art training facility, a three-story living wall, sleek new locker rooms, a health café, flexible meeting rooms and 90,000 additional square feet of learning space filled with light and designed with many sustainable factors. - The field house and fitness addition roofs will be covered with new solar panels, a green roof, and the living wall uses reclaimed water and filters the air.
- Meade’s electrical scope included a new 2000A service feed.
In addition to power and lighting, Meade installed the fire alarm system and area of refuge system.
Low voltage raceways for voice/data and audio visual systems were also provided by Meade.
Phase 3 (5-Week Schedule)
- Consisted of new directional bored feeds for the football field lighting and new LED Musco light fixtures installed on existing light poles
